Childhood is a magic castle of sand on a shore:
One moment, it's here;
the next no more.

Women gather together to wear silly hats, eat dainty food, and forget how unresponsive their husbands are. Men gather to talk sports, eat heavy food, and forget how demanding their wives are. Only where children gather is there any real chance of fun. ~Mignon McLaughlin, The Neurotic's Notebook, 1960

In childhood, we press our nose to the pane, looking out. In memories of childhood, we press our nose to the pane, looking in. ~Robert Brault

  1. I will never forget the day my parents get me a lot of presents in one day. It was in 2003, when I was 10 years old. The day was so bright and warm. We decided to go in town from country. We were in different shops, we walked a lot and visited the zoo. My mother bought me a mobile telephone in one of the shops. I was very happy, because not all my friends had mobile telephones on that time. Then we went to the zoo. I saw a lot of animals and birds that I had never seen them before. For example, elephants, zebras, parrots, rhinoceroses, foxes, wolves and others. After this pleasure we went to the bazar. My father bought me a bicycle. At the end of the day, I thought, that I was the happiest child in the world. These day was full of positive emotions.

  2. I want to tell you about one of the happiest moments in my childhood!:)Most of all I remembered my first day at school.I waited for this day with great impatience and trembling. For me it was а very important and big event in my life. And at last this day came. The weather was so pleasant and warm, all trees and things are penetrated with sun rays. You could see shining eyes and smiling faces everywhere. At the first time I felt shy and all for me was unknown. But I overcame shyness and got along with my classmates. For us all things seemed interesting and unusual. On this day I was impressed and delighted. I was the happiest of all. And I think that all people remember their first day at school, because it is not unforgettabl!:):)Ann.

  3. My childhood for me is my trip to Moscow. One fine summer my mother and I went to the capital of Russia. I was ten year old. As soon as we left the airport, Moscow amazed me: I had not seen such big trees and so much advertising, beautiful and high buildings before. We stopped at the mum's acquaintance. And at first put we went to look sights of the capital of our motherland. But as we had got tired during the trip, we decided to visit the place that was closer to our street – a manor of the count Sheremetev! I remember it very well, how from all this luxury my head was turned around. Walking in the garden, I imagined myself as a young countess. I felt rather happy! So I spent my first and unforgettable day in Moscow. And I will remember it for all my life!

And before the concert i felt scared of stage. Then we began to play, people began to applauded to us, and we all relaxed and played i think very well.
